SPUNMELT Technology
Our 5 Beam SMSS Production line produces Spunmelt SMSS (Spunbond, Meltblown, Spunbond, Spunbond) nonwoven fabric that combines the strength and durability of spunbond fabrics with the barrier properties of meltblown fabrics. This technology involves extruding polypropylene (PP) fibers, which are then laid down in a web formation using a spinning process.The advantages of SMSS technology include excellent barrier properties, high strength and durability, good breathability, and cost-effectiveness.
SPUNBOND Technology
Spunbond SSS (Spunbond-Spunbond-Spunbond) technology is a type of nonwoven fabric production process that uses three layers of continuous filaments.The SSS technology is an advanced form of the standard spunbond process, which uses only one layer of continuous filaments. The additional layers in SSS technology increase the fabric’s strength and durability, making it ideal for various applications such as medical and hygiene products, geotextiles, automotive and construction materials, and more.
Die and Spinnerets
Enka Tecnica(Reifenhauser Group) and KANSAN (Japanese Technology) for best denier in the fine filament’s die and spinnerets, one of the most critical components in the machine, we have technology from Enka Tecnicaand KANSAN.

With our specialized, cutting-edge facility for both online treatment. The technology is very capable of producing treatments such as Anti static, Hydrophilic, Antibacterial and UV treated fabrics.
